Empowering Every Vehicle From the First Line of Code

137 engineers. Five disciplines. Every layer of the vehicle electronics stack, designed, written, built, and proven under one roof in Pune.

We Engineer Every Layer, Not Part of It

Most vehicle electronics pass through many hands before they reach a road: designed in one country, coded in another, assembled somewhere cheaper. Accolade works the other way. Architecture, firmware, board, and validation all happen here, on one team, in one building. 137 engineers, one team, accountable end to end, no external design house, no intent lost in translation.

Systems Design Engineering

Every Product Begins as an Architecture

Before firmware or a board exists, someone decides how the system will think. Accolade's systems engineers architect distributed embedded systems and vehicle telematics platforms, with deep expertise across CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet. Get this layer right, and everything downstream has a foundation.

Core competencies:
  • Distributed embedded system architecture
  • Vehicle telematics platforms
  • IVN: CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet
Software Design & Development

Every Line of Intelligence, Written Here

This is where the product learns to think. Accolade's software team builds the full stack, from hardware abstraction to platform-level firmware, with real depth in MCAL, AUTOSAR, and custom driver development. FOTA is designed in from day one, not bolted on later.

Core competencies:
  • Full-stack HAL
  • MCU bring-up
  • Platform-level firmware
  • MCAL
  • AUTOSAR
  • Custom drivers
  • FOTA
Hardware Design & Development

Every Board Designed for the Factory That Builds It

Accolade designs ECU hardware end to end, schematics, PCB layout, DFMEA, with every board tuned for EMC, thermal performance, reliability, and manufacturability. And because the team that designs the board works down the corridor from the line that builds it, manufacturability is not a problem discovered late. It is a discipline applied from the first schematic, which is exactly how a flaw gets caught on a screen instead of on a production floor.

Core competencies:
  • ECU hardware design
  • Schematics
  • PCB layout
  • DFMEA
  • EMC
  • Thermal
  • DFM/DFA
Verification & Validation

Every Product Earns Its Way Out the Door

Nothing leaves on a promise. Accolade's validation team runs MIL, SIL, and HIL testing for full functional and compliance coverage, backed by an environmental chamber rated −50°C to +150°C. If a product is going to fail, it fails here, under our conditions.

Core competencies:
  • MIL
  • SIL
  • HIL validation
  • Environmental chamber -50°C to +150°C
  • Compliance coverage
  • Field-issue analysis
Rapid Prototyping

Every Idea, Turned Into Something You Can Hold

A concept means little until someone can test it. Accolade moves ideas into real hardware fast, through POC development, feature roadmap planning, and in-house proto manufacturing, at the speed a live programme actually runs.

Core competencies:
  • POC development
  • Feature roadmap planning
  • New-age technology research
  • In-house proto manufacturing

Every Discipline Under One Roof,
Under One Standard

Plenty of companies have these disciplines. Almost none hold all five in one building, on one team, to one standard. That removes the handoffs where intent gets lost and risk creeps in, so customers reach market faster and scale with confidence.
